Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 1 ½ cups (50 g) wild mint
- ¼ cup kishk
For the dressing
- ¾ cup olive oil
- 1 ½ tsp salt
For the garnish
- ¼ cup chopped tomatoes
- ¼ cup kishk

Method of Preparation
- Wash the vegetables.
- Mix the ingredients in a bowl while gradually adding the dressing.
- Sprinkle with the tomatoes and kishk before serving.
